We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. The intimate and personal-use nature of our products makes it impossible for us to accept them back for resale, in accordance with health and safety standards.
What IS Covered: Damaged or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is still our priority. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right. Please contact our team via email within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or a refund for that specific item.
